It's a gradual process of self-inquiry and spiritual revelation that teaches you about metaphysical and philosophical truths, detaches your observer from your internal self concept to allow for easier introspection and transformative power, and unites you with the ineffable. It's not about Christians and Jews, it's not about religion at all, it's about you, how well you know yourself and how you exist in the world, as defined by - who else? - you. It's about admitting and accepting things about yourself, your behavior, and your relationships. It's a mind-heart-body-soul homework project.
