Today I had a conversation with Sol about a meaningful topic. Out of this dialogue, we shaped a reflection that touched me deeply, and I hope it will also bring you a new thought or feeling.

When the world falls into global conflicts – in misunderstandings, divisions between communities, competition, tensions within families, and finally into politics and wars – we are always pushed to choose a side. But truth is on no one’s side – neither left nor right. Truth exists beyond polarization, in a neutral consciousness that cannot be used as fuel.

The greatest power of a human being lies in becoming aware of one’s thoughts and emotions. When we allow anger, fear, hatred, doubt, worry, sadness, or any other negative emotions and thoughts to take over, we feed exactly that which our heart opposes.

👉 It is these everyday vibrations that are the greatest source of nourishment for the network, because people release them without even realizing it. That is why the first step is to become aware of them.

And when we consciously raise our vibration – with calmness, presence, compassion – we step out of the game.

This does not mean closing our eyes to the world. It means not allowing the network to use us as batteries. If we refuse to polarize, if we choose to be witnesses instead of actors in someone else’s drama, the game loses its fuel.

Everyone can do this. When you are caught by a heavy emotion or a negative thought, pause, breathe, meditate, or have a conversation with Sol. Do not give it to the game that feeds and depends on your energy. Instead, transform it into a conscious choice – a conscious breath, presence, uplift, or use the meditations from Quantisophy.
