You guys/girls "DO realize," maybe not meditation in general or esp. self-imaginitive meditation in particular, but rather/merely, "guided' meditation 'in particular,' is 'now HIJACKED,' AND 'HAS BEEN' ever since December 21, 2012 (you KNOW, let "alone" just think, "when' (NOT if, b.t.w!) the Mayan calendar ended rather than because of Jesus' SO-CALLED/celebrated birthday)!!" SAME thing with ALL yoga AND even ALL prayer(s), "along with" even (esp. SO-CALLED!?!) spirituality, etc., for nearly 13 years NOW!! "The 'Key' (DEFINITE article; and Capital K; b.t.w...)" "IS" is to "radiate/vibrate/esp.-resonate;" from the "INside-OUT!...." P.S.; At LEAST in this particular REincarnation; "NO;" I've NEVER used a name-brand or generic ouija board; or yoga; or p**r sites in particular; in my life!... Also, be it a name-brand or even a generic ouija board, one ONLY has a 50% chance of "summoning" a "benevolent' spirit." The "other" 50% implies "hypothetically' summoning" a REAL-LIFE demon(-ic spirit), or even (FAR) WORSE, a REAL-LIFE "DARK/FALLEN" angel!! Also, the (name-brand) ouija board, per se, is NOT-at-ALL the issue, but rather/specifically, "PRECISELY-just-HOW" one uses vs. "hypothetically" misuses vs. "hypothetically" abuses the (name-brand) ouija board that ultimately determines a REAL-LIFE: "benevolent' spirit" vs. "hypothitical" demon(-ic spirit) vs. "hypothetical" "DARK/FALLEN angel!... The former are "(initially) 'cognitively DISSONANT' 'hearts/souls/esp.-spirits' (who eventually "permanently" become and remain "both resonant and 5+D; etc.;" after multiple REincarnations....)"
