All prayer for the higher good of all sentient beings, all creation for that matter involves and evolves all 'minds' within the One Universal MIND that directs and governs the whole of creation. So, it will sooner or later dawn on awakened souls that all intelligences must cooperate to facilitate the fulfilment of divine will and love, in this world, in all worlds. Life is upheld, guided, directed by its own consciousness-field and all the relationships within it, as they ever unfold and co-create together. - all intelligence(s) are innately involved, affecting all potentials and possibilities.
