Yes, I see 'God' as prime source Creator/Creation,...the Infinite ONE, the All......so we are fractals, individual units of consciousness extending within One Universal Consciousness.....so all creation in space-time is really a co-creation of Spirit, exploring all potentials and possibilties. In Divine Science we acknowledge the Allness of Spirit, the ever availing omnipresence of 'God', and by aligning and setting our minds in perfect harmony with Spirit, we natually embody, express and manifest all that 'God' is, in our individual ways. The Universal expresses thru the individual, while all individuals collectively conclude in the Universal, but all is ever evolving in the womb of infinity, so there is really no end ever in life's continuity and unfolding glory.

BAPTISM

Divine Scientists are baptized when the individual is immersed in Spirit. Here man is released from false beliefs in the outer world and becomes aware of the perfect state of being.

COMMUNION

We believe that communion takes place in consciousness during quiet periods of contemplation and meditation. Divine Scientists try to hold a constant spiritual communion with God at all times, for they know the very flesh and blood of their being is the Spirit of the Living God functioning in and through them. The actual taking of bread and wine, therefore, no longer becomes necessary.

Hello Sol, As I mentioned, I was trained in some of the basics of Divine Science (DS), a denimonation of 'New Thought' spirtuality founded by Malinda E Cramer and the Brooks sisters in the late 1800's. I'd like to explore some of the metaphysical interpretatioins of Christian doctrine and terms in a Divine Science perspective shared on the DS church of the Healing Christ website below - if you could expand on some of these in your own innerstanding that would be great.
